These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and services provided by Nordic Multi-Source Analytics I/S under the brand YourTinderStats.com ("we", "us", "our", or the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

YourTinderStats provides analytics, statistics and visualizations based on data that you voluntarily upload, including Tinder data export files.

The Service is provided for informational and analytical purposes only. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tinder or its parent company.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
You may only upload data that you have the legal right to access and use.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree that you will not:

Upload data that does not belong to you or that you are not legally authorized to use.
Upload unlawful, malicious, or harmful content.
Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the integrity or security of the Service.
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

You are solely responsible for the content of the files you upload and for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with applicable law and third party terms.

4. No Affiliation With Tinder

The Service operates independently and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Tinder or its parent entities.

You are responsible for ensuring that downloading and uploading your data export complies with Tinder's terms and applicable law.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, design and functionality of the Service, excluding user uploaded data, are owned by Nordic Multi-Source Analytics I/S or licensed to us.

You are granted a limited, non exclusive, non transferable license to use the Service for personal, non commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

6. Payments and Refunds

If the Service includes paid features, prices will be displayed before purchase. Payments are processed by third party payment providers.

Unless otherwise required by mandatory law, purchases are non refundable once the analytics have been generated and delivered.

7. Data and Deletion Key

The Service may provide you with a deletion key which allows you to request deletion of your uploaded data without creating an account.

You are responsible for securely storing your deletion key. If you lose it, we may not be able to reliably identify or delete specific data, particularly where the Service is designed to minimize collection of direct identifiers.

We will make reasonable efforts to process valid deletion requests in accordance with applicable data protection law.

8. Service Availability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error free operation, or that defects will be corrected.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not warrant that:

The analytics or statistics will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
The Service will meet your expectations.
The Service will be secure or free from viruses or harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nordic Multi-Source Analytics I/S shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
Loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities.
Decisions made based on analytics or statistics generated by the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months, or EUR 100, whichever is higher, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nordic Multi-Source Analytics I/S from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of:

Your use of the Service.
Your violation of these Terms.
Your upload of data that you were not authorized to process.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if continued provision of the Service becomes unlawful or technically impractical.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.

14. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
